HiPoint

Self-sustaining centers of excellence to educate, administer, and grow a healthy planet

MISSION

Our mission is clear. To produce the healthiest & most sustainable recycled agricultural-products while reducing leaching and methane off-gassing to preserve and protect our planet.

VISION

Our vision is to build self-sustainign centers of excellence to educate, administor, and grow a healthy planet. HiPoint transforms agricultural biomass waste into recycled products.

Why HiPoint AG

With so much waste being inadequately spread on fields or disposed of across our Country, the solution is to take this vast undesirable waste stream and create a new sustainable agricultural business standard in the market. We can change the way equine bedding is handled by implementing an advanced technology process that will become an integral part of modern standards and horse farm. In this way, you can start to see the value in creating a Hypoallergenic dust-free recycled bedding that is better than standard wood shavings in horse stalls today, and biofertilizers to reduce the need for chemicals on our land.

PAIN

HiPoint seeks to address the most significant problem within the equine industry: the global build- up of waste and its polluting effects caused by the sheer volume of stall waste, and the diminishing options to dispose of wood and manure, which has led to illegal and inadequate dumping thus creating multiple environmental hazards, including, water pollution through the formation of algae blooms, phosphorus overloading & nutrient leaching, air pollution via methane off-gassing greenhouse gasses (GHG's), and deforestation of the lands, are all serious environmental implications. The horse industry creates over 3 million tons of waste per month in North America alone. Creating 1.2 million tons of CH4 Methane off-gassing and leaching every year contributing to Global Warming.

PROCESS

The HiPoint proprietary process is patent-pending and adaptable to regional needs. The HiPoint Process utilizes the SRW through a six-step process which includes super-screen separation, thermodynamic drying, and infusion. This process allows the bedding to be recycled in multiple cycles without breaking down the wood fibres. HiPoint technology drives local buying, ensures less waste, and secures long-term contracts in a viable circular economy within critical regions and cities with a large population of horses and humans co-existing. HiPoint’s process and technology will reduce further pollution to the environment and advance waste management techniques and AI software while creating high margins and solid returns for investors and shareholders.

SOLUTION

HiPoint Ag has four main revenue streams produced from the Equine Waste. First, the Facility becomes a legal waste transfer station where tipping fees are charged for each ton of waste brought to the Facility. By separating the shavings from the manure, the HiPoint core Facility the Clydesdale will manufacture 800,000 bags of recycled wood shavings for horse bedding after being sterilized, processed, and infused to be resold back to the local region. The remaining manure fines and dust are captured and processed in covered bioreactors to create 8,000 tons of Hi-Yield non-woody organic matter for Biofertilizers. Lastly, HiPoint can recapture up to two million gallons of water per year from the drying process for irrigation or future clean, potable water.

Paul Cross

Head Designer & Founder

Head Designer of the HiPoint process ©. Mr. Cross was part of an early research team that spent over seven years designing and optimizing the HPAB process to develop a superior method to automate and recycle the total waste stream of horse bedding. Mr. Cross has written white papers on the return of the great equine manure crisis, methane off-gassing in horses, and has papered three patents. He has a career in strategic sales, marketing, business development, and company product due diligence, including IT, Communications, and the last decade in Clean Ag-Tech.

Environmental Sustainability

through the Influence of the Horse.

The horse industry creates over 3 million tons of waste per month in North America alone. Creating 1.2 million tons of CH4 Methane off-gassing and leaching every year contributing to Global Warming. If the planet can not rise above 1.5 oC, what part are we playing to affect change? HiPoint can reduce GHG Methane off-gassing and leaching by up to 200,000 lbs per year for each Facility built. Pollution from Horse stall residual waste contributes to nutrient overloading which is a major cause of Algal blooms. From leaching and inadequate disposal of horse stall residual waste, HiPoint can reduce thousands of tons of nutrients (NPK) and fecal matter from entering our waterways, costing millions in cleanup and chemicals from water treatment facilities.
